Thank you Anton Bauer for making amazing wines. I'm so happy with the new vintage. Gruner Veltliner is such a versatile grape. Great with vegetarian cuisine. Also anything spicy like Thai food. Apples and citrus on the nose and a crisp acidity on the palate. This is one of my summer favorites! Read More

This came highly recommended by a self-professed Gruener hater at the Chelsea Wine Vault. He said it was rounder and "more buttery" than your typical Gruener, so I thought I'd give it a go. Mistake. A wonderful Biodynamic wine from the well respected Gruner Veltliner. This is a very crisp, refreshing and light white wine that is very hip. The modest alcohol blends perfectly with the hint of green apples and citrus fruit. However do not let that fool you, this is NOT a sweet wine.
