  • Mantlerhof Reisenthal Roter Veltliner 2012

    Snoothrank:

Fleshy and soft aromas of peach and apricot with pleasant floral notes coming through as well and just a touch of muted Meyer lemon. In the mouth this is delicate, pleasant and emollient while being round, full and silky, with juicy round red apple and peach notes on entry, delivering nicely candied lemon peel and lime zest through the midpalate... • Gebeshuber Rotgipfler 2013

    Snoothrank:

Intriguing notes of fresh clay and chalky lemon on the nose with floral aromas of honeysuckle and some buttery cream notes as well. Nicely fruity on the nose with aromas of lemon zest, cream cheese frosting and vanilla cake batter. Smooth and silky mouthfeel with a rich palate of perfumed fleshy peach and green apple with vanilla and honey spice and a stony minerality to tie it all together. Intriguingly, this also touches on a grassy herbed note at times, showing versatilit... Read More

  • Stadlmann Zierfandler Mandel-Hoh 2012

Yeasty, bready and spicy aromas of toast, cedar and vanilla with white pepper, lemon zest and honeydew melon. In the mouth this is explosive with fruit flavor, with ripe red apple, melon and mango flavors with candied notes of watermelon and nectarine. This has a lot of character with the buoyant fruit that is only matched by the austere finish ... Read More
