Reasonably well balanced. 2007 must have been a tough, cold year as this wine was a little more astringent and acidic than in previous years. It lacked the fruit to really pull it off. Nice enough but not the stand out...

Nice shiraz with chocolate/cherry flavours (Cherryripe, if you are Australian); nicely handled oak and smooth tannins. more an everyday/BBQ wine
I must say that I am a big fan of the Heathcote region, I was not really impresssed with this wine as you can start to taste the signs of age and the fruit fading away. It was a nice wine but nothing to remember. Drink soon.
