Do you like Tempranillo Blanco? Have you even heard of it?
Last night I had the first "Tempranillo Blanco" (white Tempranillo) that I've ever had. The concept was completely foreign to me, but since I love Tempranillo, I figured I'd give it a shot. It had a bright golden color and was a bit like a mix between a chardonnay and a pinot grigio for me. It was very refreshing, but a bit too acidic for my tastes.
Have any of you guys had a white Tempranillo before? What did you think? What other grape do you think it was similar to?
