Not sure why wine spectator raved about this. Yet another dissapointing aussie under $30. Blackberry and dusty spice nose never fully left the rim and seemed more like a fine french dinner wine....
Cabernet the old fashioned way. Delicate berry and vanilla scent gives way to a slightly cedar/alcohol scent. Nice mouth feel is slightly hot and the tannins could stand a little more refinement....
