Holy shit! I was buying this at the kiosk a block from the house I was staying in in Buenos Aires. 2$ a bottle! Pounding every night with empanadas. Fucking A! It was probably an 03 or 02 though.

8 bucks for a while. Drank tons of this stuff before the epiphany.

Oak, vanilla, long finish, something vegetal maybe asparagus. Looong finish. Give this one two hours or more to open.

I thought this was not good when I opened it, three hours later I'm trying to snatch my wife's glass. Big tannins. We drank this with grits, eggs and bacon...perfect match, no shit....
