We have a nice picpoul de pinet from the laungedoc and we ant to use it to the greatest advantage. However, my wife does not like oysters. Does anyone have any other suggestions?

Sweeter than I expected, but no worse for it. Very Fruit forward without being jammy. Nice smooth finish. Looking forward to the 2nd bottle.
