Smooth on the palate. Spicey. Went nicely with spaghetti and vegetarian meatballs in a tomato and basil sauce. Long finish.
Full of cherry flavor. Mild body is easy on the palette. Delicious for the price.
Nice acidity, but it's almost flavorless with a strong aftertaste. Good for weeknight dinner. Not my favorite pinot grigio in the price range.
I bought this to have with pappa al pomodoro (a tomato and peasant bread soup). The peppery-ness and intensity matched the food nicely.
Went wonderfully with steamed halibut. Brought it home from the vineyard and couldn't wait to share it with someone. Delightful!
