Bold at first, with passion fruit and funky flavors, with a very clean and crisp, citrus-like finish. Embodies all my favorite characteristics of a Marlborough Sauv Blanc.
Not a bad wine at all. I picked it up in Evanston and didn't have high expectations, but it was satisfying and delicious.
"I really think you guys will like this one. Pick it up at the new wine store in the New Zealand area. This is about the third New Zealand Sauv Blanc I've had now and they are fantastic wines."

An excellent sauv blanc. It smells almost foot-like, and has that same funk in the taste. It's very pleasing though, and goes down well without food. One of my more favorite selections.

Nice sweetness at first with more tannic flavors on the finish.
