schellbe reviewed Estancia Meritage Red 2003. (3.5/5)
On Nov 3

A lot of candied fruit covering up a lot of tannin. Good with beef. An in your face wine. A little softer tannins and less overripe fruit would be more to my taste.

Estancia Meritage Red 2003

Starting at $10.99 Snoothrank: 3.5/5
schellbe reviewed Mt. Veeder Winery Cabernet Sauvignon 1996. (4.5/5)

Mt. Veeder Winery Cabernet Sauvignon 1996

Starting at $29.00 Snoothrank: 4/5
On Oct 31

Mt. Veeder Winery Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 1996

Starting at $399.99 Snoothrank: 4/5
schellbe reviewed Sierra Cantabria Rioja 2006. (3/5)
On Oct 29

At first I did not like this. Made in an oaky internmational style, almost dried out. I served it with a spicy vegetarian chilli which cut throught he oak and tannin. A little cherry fruit came...

Sierra Cantabria Rioja 2006

Starting at $11.99 Snoothrank: 3/5

Beautiful salmon color. Nose of lychee and jackfruit with a little fresh cream. Tropical fruit flavors with a little macademia nuts. Good acidity in the finish. This wine needs a dessert of ,...
