Excellent wine. Definitely picking up on the plum and mild pepper. I was most taken by the smoothness and velvety texture. I think best at room temperature. Let no chill touch this wine.
A very good chard that has a smooth feel on the palate and a nice finish. Best enjoyed sllightly warmer than most whites to allow the aromas to escape and floral hints to peak.
An enjoyable chard that balances between a light oak and velvety smoothness. Drink slightly warmer than most whites to allow the aroma and tastes to reveal themselves.
