I was a bit hesitant to post and was afraid of overkill, but some good Spanish Priorat forced me to say 'what the hell'. At least it wasn't Rioja, or like Degrandcru I might have ended up digging a new wine cellar! Pretty hard since my apartment here in Tokyo is on the second floor....

I just bought a bottle of Vin Santo. Should I chill it?
This wine reminds me of an "off-dry". It is really not that dry it has nice fruit tones. It is a delicate wine. It is a little tart and has a nice finish.
