The Fire Station Red Cabernet is a very pleasant, easy drinking cab, with generous fruit and soft tannins. Would not be my first choice for a steak, but would be great with BBQ or lamb.

The Martini Sonoma is an outstanding value. A lot of the value Cabs are lackluster, but this one drinks more like a $25 bottle for around $12. Consistently gets scores in the 90s from Parker,...

I have been using Private Preserve for a year or so. Works great. I've found it will keep a nice red fresh for 2 - 3 days. I seldom go beyond that - if I open a good bottle I'm...
