Nice, crisp taste.
Great with a meat sauce pasta and a very reasonable price. Opened up nicely as the dinner went on.
Very great wine with a very light fish, such as Dover Sole, and at a very reasonable price. I have not tried it with a different fish or even chicken to see if I enjoy it as much.
