Failing that you might want to look for the Sella Lessona. A Nebbiolo, Croatina and Vespolina ( if i recall correctly) blend from Northern Piedmont that is a bit gentler, rounder and friendlier than Nebbiolo but shares it's affinity for Truffles and Mushrooms. Also worth looking into would be an older bottle of Gattinara, say 96 or 99.

Another solution that work very well but is an unusual choice would be the Tondonia Rose.

It's really as close to an ideal match as you are likely to find for both dishes.
