Loads of apricot up front to mid. Gentle, fading finish.
Incredible lime coloring, very dry and crisp without any overoaky yuck. There's citrus on the finish without any puckery sting. Wonderful stuff. Had at Blackbird in Chicago.
Wall of Jammy, but a sweet one at that.
Pleasant enough. Not offensive, not remarkable. Some good, subtle soil on frontend too.
