Might be on decline, but still drinking well. Still quite deep in color with rich, silky nose. Lovely on the palate with grace and balance.
Big aromas of allspice, tar, leather, berries, a little smoke. Rich jammy fruity dark berry flavors that are concentrated and long.
Crisp style with good acidity and flavors of green apples, pears, citrus, and a bit of minerality. Has a touch of cream and vanilla on the finish.
