I am the assistant winemaker and a family partner at Alexander Valley Vineyards. While I do enjoy wine (and making it) I also enjoy cooking and entertaining.

Blackberry, plum, and a hint of mint and mushroom. a significant amount of 4EP (if you don't know what that is then don't worry about it; it's a winemaking term). Good spiciness,...
Strawberry, pencil lead, and a hint of earthiness. A nice lushness in the mouth, but the finish tapers off a bit. The tannins are a bit bigger than I am used to for a Sangiovese

very nice sparkler. Very well balanced with crisp acidity and some nice citrus, yeast and peach in the nose with green apple and lemon in the mouth.
A nice wine with lots of dark fruit and spice, hints of rose petal, cherry and strawberry...rich flavors of chocolate. Wonderful, lingering finish.
