"Yeah for the intermediate and it was a great class, the only let down for me was one of the enthusiasts we had as he was more used to anything Australian so when we got into the Italian wine it was just too savory or acidic.
I'm trying a lot of different things now that I understand a little more about the wine and continually go through my book again.

"Hey RB finally finished the course.... woo hoo. Got distinction and am saving for the next course atm. I'm glad I did this one first as the next one is looking quite daunting.

It's a shame that they haven't got you to come to our international wine fair but I'm guessing they'll spring it on you for next year. Your going to get to see everyone from snooth....in the flesh, I must admit I'm quite jealous."
