"Doug - I'll fix your duplicate wines by hand now. Soon we'll have a tool that will make it easier to flag duplicates, which will help in the future.
As for the second point, there are always a few bad apples in the reviews of even the best wines. Ultimately it adds authenticity and allows a reader to trust that the good reviews are real.
