Hello!
This is Daniel Shin, studying in MSc Food Management at University of Surrey.
I am studying the consumer's wine buying behaviour online.
This research seeks the opinion of people who have had an experience purchasing wine either online or from other sources to investigate factors influencing customers’ wine purchasing behaviour in online shopping.
I have to find at least 100 people who have an experience of buying wine online.
If possible, could you send the questionnaire to members and ex-members?

And if you cannot link to survey, please copy and paste the address on the web.
It just takes 1 min to answer the questionnaire.

The research will contribute to a MSc dissertation in Food Management at the University of Surrey.

I drank the 2004 - which I could not find on here - the 2004 is decent but a bit too bitter and medicinal tasting - myabe I should have aged it to mellow out?

Good but read that it may be better to age decent semillon for a bit to bring out flavors that I prefer - going to try to find a Hunter's Valley (Australia) Semillon as those are supposed to...

Grapes and Wines (The Definitive Guide to the World's Great Grapes and the Wines They Make) by Oz Clarke
I think Germany is the only other major producer of ice wine (called Eiswein) but Oregon, Michigan and Luxembourg make some also. I've only had Canadian though
one vote for a great Canadian wine I had a couple years ago - the Peller Estate Chardonnay Sur Lie
