Im not a huge white wine fan but this wine may have changed that. Sweet, acidic, but not syrupy. A crisp finish! Smells of melon and honeysuckle. Definitely a great wine
The Joy of Home Winemaking by Terry Garey is a great resource. I use it for all the wine i make. Good luck!
Spice and dark fruits, smooth, smoky, and hints of toasted oak. very nice wine. great with smoked meats, cheeses, and grilled meats.
(Riesling) Crisp, refreshing, and light. A good summer wine. Tastes of crisp green apple, lemon, and tart fruits. Great with spicy food and grilled vegetables.
