Recent Activity on Snooth
Delicious. Drink now or in the next couple years. Tannins are ultra smooth, but the acid is still strong, but not over the top. wine still has a backbone. Very rich plums, dark cherries, cocoa and...
Nice wine. Good grapefruit and lime mingling with grass, and smoke. A little burnt, ie heavy on the smoke/oak. Reasonable, but not for $40. We got ours for around $25.
Well balanced and fruit driven. Rich body, really velvety, silky. Alcohol integrates really well...not too over the top.
Full fruit. But not super "high C" fake. Dark cherries, plus, usual suspects. A hint of bacon fat on the nose and in the mouth. cote-rotie but with more fruit and a little less earth.
Aromas of Pineapple, honey, light petrol, and lavendar. Off dry, medium body, high acid. Despite it's older age, still has plenty of fruit. Very good. Me likey.
