I'm hoping the trade portion today is a litle calmer, but it probably won't be.

adamlevin reviewed Graham Beck Syrah Robertson The Ridge 2000. (3/5)

Lots of sediment. Dark purple that goes to clear just at the rim. Lots of secondary aged wine on the nose with some red fruit and smoky leather filling in the gaps. Very gentle, warm, and balanced...

More like a white wine than rose. Very pale color. Noticeably smoky on the nose with whiffs of herb garden and slate. Bone dry but balanced with a very subtle red fruit on palate. Get's...

Littorai Pinot Noir Vin Gris 2008

Starting at $25.00 Snoothrank: 3.5/5

On the nose, this has a steely character with just the slightest touch of butter and banana in the background. Maybe a hint of chlorine. In the mouth there's some sour apple. The whole wine...

Dark violet color. Red plum and watermelon on nose, some spice too. Soft in mouth, medium tannins, a tart and acidic finish. Even though the alcohol is fairly low, this tastes a bit out of...
