Enh. A pretty boring Shiraz, as far as discount Australian wines go.
I first had a taste of this from a Pannotia sales rep who was giving out free samples at my grocery store. I don't know what it is about this one, but it is my new favorite red, and it is cheap!
Very dark in color; seemed a bit stronger than other reds. I have no idea what malbec means, other than possibly "pretty tasty".
One of the better discount reds I've had. The flavor is a lot more complex than usual, I suppose because of its blended nature.
More of a tangy taste on the tip of the tongue than most other cheap merlots. Sweeter, too. This one was the $6 deal at my local grocery store this week. The synthetic corks feature a printed GPS...
