Definitely drink it cold, then it tastes like chilled watermelon and strawberries. Had this with Indian fare, couldn't complain. Pretty color too.

Ive tried a million NZ Sauv Blancs and this one is pretty good. Not the best, not the worst. Id buy it again.

I would only store them in a regular fridge if you had one specifically designated for wine. Then you could set the temperature at its warmest level and there wouldn't be constant opening and...
