Excellent pinot for under $20. Tart bing cherry flavor with nice mineral finish. Totally charming in the glass.
One of the best wines I have ever tasted. Tasted it October 2008; it was poppin.
Classic bordeaux styled. Very elegant.
Definitely drink it cold, then it tastes like chilled watermelon and strawberries. Had this with Indian fare, couldn't complain. Pretty color too.
Ive tried a million NZ Sauv Blancs and this one is pretty good. Not the best, not the worst. Id buy it again.
I would only store them in a regular fridge if you had one specifically designated for wine. Then you could set the temperature at its warmest level and there wouldn't be constant opening and...
Its the perfect week for Rieslings-- not too hot, not too cold, and everyone is plenty thirsty.
