"Yeah for the intermediate and it was a great class, the only let down for me was one of the enthusiasts we had as he was more used to anything Australian so when we got into the Italian wine it was just too savory or acidic.

I'm trying a lot of different things now that I understand a little more about the wine and continually go through my book again.

Have you finished your dip yet?"
