"Dear Leo,

I just saw you profile here and as a fellow traveler and humanist I thought it was my duty to contact you.

I don't live in Hkg but I'm spending more and more time there and I'm very interested in your project. I've been working on starting a small specified wine club there and have some bigger aspirations as well.

I was wondering if I could rack your brain a little bit and get some of your specific thoughts on a few things. Feel free to reply @ your leisure and thank you for any considerations.

Cheers

Have a great time in Barolo land. My favorite food there: Agnollotti or Ravioli al Plin in sage butter sauce. If you haven't tried it, order one (make sure it's a Plin!). Ciao, Leo
