I have been in the hospitality business for 22 years. I started owning my first local bar when I was 21 years old. As I grew I really enjoyed learning about the better wines, beers, and spirits.

I was hit with citrus pineapple melon fruits. Some earthy notes but delicate light and crisp. This night I enjoyed it with a lobster sushi roll.

Flavors of dark berries, plums, and a hint of earth are noticeable in the very good wine. This wine matched well with a truffle oil and herbs seasoned steak. Good wine for the price.
