Dark orange color, skin contact results in a deep, rich, tannic white with a nose reminiscent of orange peel. A wonderful wine that pairs well with rich chicken and fish dishes.

Radikon Ribolla Gialla Collio 2003

Starting at $40.00 Snoothrank: 3.5/5

Like a vin santo - sweet, but not syrupy - lovely - bittersweet - almonds, honey

Palmina Wines Santita 2005

Starting at $48.99 Snoothrank: 3/5

Clean and crisp style Champagne from 100% Chardonnay - lemon and citrus fruits. Delicious!

P. Gimmonet Champagne Premier Cru Blanc de Blanc

Starting at $39.99 Snoothrank: 3/5

Complex Muscadet from very old vine Melon de Bourgogne vines within the Pepiere vineyard site. Richer and deeper than regular Pepiere Muscadet since it spends more time on the lees.

Delicious, crisp, minerally, deep, complex - great with fish / shellfish / goat's cheese.
