Very well made from a great winemaker. Well balanced selection from the middle of their portfolio. Will buy more of 2005 and 2006.
Good representative Ripassa style. Extracted and rich - full body. Earlier vintages better made and more affordable.
Wow, heaven in a glass! Lovely nose of berries and leather. Huge mouthful of chocolate cherries and raspberries. Very well balanced, complex, high alcohol. Wonderful, lasting finish.
This $18 bottle drinks like many $40 bottles! Fruity nose, big body and depth, lots of fruit and tannins for bite. Not the most balanced and complex, but a fantastic value and always surprises new...
