slightly hot alcoholic nose, cherry, tar, resinous, mid to high acidity, not complex, slightly green flavors, tasted without food, would be good match with pasta risotto
great example of a well balanced Gew., exotic aromas, spice med to long finish
golden color, non-filtered AOC Chinon nose very mineral, oil, citrus, spice, dry, medium to high acidity, grapefruit with our any sweetness, some bitterness on finish
Grenache, Syrah, Carignan, Cinsault, some bitternes and sweetness on finish,could use more acidity, structure plum, coffee some nutmeg spiciness, decent value at 8 eur
spicy cherry nose, Not huge depth of flavors, one deminsional cherry or currents, good length and balance
