I had this wine at a restaurant with lasagne - it was on the dry side, somewhat fruity but acidic
Great paired with goat cheese, a bit on the semi-sweet side with the cheese, not too heavy or acidic. I would not recommend it with Lamb
If you like spicy wines, this one is a real kicker. Tastes like jalapeno peppers and black pepper! Wonderful with steak or spaghetti with red sauce!
Sparkling, semi-sweet wine, great with Oysters!
All I can say is it tastes like butterscotch when it is paired with Goat cheese! Great oaky flavor! Delicious!
