When you are only allowed to bring 2 bottles back into Canada and one of them turns out corked, it pisses you off.
Beautiful. Vibrant acidity still dances with crisp citrus and apple flavours. A touch of yeast rounds out the complexity. Still has years to go.
Beautiful fruit and structure masked slightly by use of oak. A little hot on the finish. Needed food like grilled white fish drizzled with lemon juice and oil.
Huge soft fruits dominate the palate with just a hint of leafy herb flavours. Very impressed with the soft yet full rich mouth feel and long finish. Very soft tannins as well.
