I see my wines on Snooth, how can I edit them?
You can use the "edit" button that shows up below the wine name on a search results page or wine detail page to make corrections to wines already on Snooth. You can also use the green corkscrew menu to merge duplicate listings, add images, or add missing vintages.

How do I add wines to Snooth?
If you are just adding a single wine to Snooth, you can use the add a wine tool located at http://www.snooth.com/add-wine/. If you are uploading multiple wines or would like to receive increased traffic and sales from Snooth, you need to first claim your business and submit a data feed.

From where does the existing data on Snooth come?
Snooth aggregates data from a wide variety of sources. Our proprietary technology pieces together bits of information to create the rich listings you see on the site. If you are in the wine business and want to find out how to upload additional data, please go to http://www.snooth.com/partners/.

How can I list my wines on Snooth?
You must first claim your business information on the site by going to http://www.snooth.com/partners/. You can then upload a data file. The templates can be found at http://www.snooth.com/partners/template/.

How can I edit my Group Page?
The information on your Group Page comes from the information we have listed for you on your Partnership Hub. To edit this information you must first claim your business at http://www.snooth.com/partners/. You can upload images and post news directly on the group page.

Why do I need to include a SKU on my data feed?
All data feeds for wines to be sold through Snooth require a unique identifying number or code. This identifier allows you to make changes to your information in the future without having to delete what is already on the site. This is a required field.

I manage more than one store or brand. How can I set this up properly on Snooth?

How can I add a different username to my business account?
Just use the Edit Partner Info form located on your Partnership Hub to manage what email addresses can access your business information.

Which data template should I use?
The XML template is best suited for large retailers that have thousands of skus. Wineries and smaller retailers should use the CSV template. This file type can be edited in spreadsheet programs such as MS Excel, but you need to Save As a CSV file before uploading it to Snooth. Retailers need to update their listings every 7 days while wineries have 30 days before their data becomes stale.

Can Snooth just read/scrape my information from my website?
Although using a data feed is still the preferred method for uploading data to Snooth, if you cannot create a feed our crawler will be able to gather relevant data from your website.

I submitted a feed, what now?
Once the feed has loaded, you will receive a confirmation email. You should check the Statistics page for that data feed in your Partnership Hub to ensure it loaded correctly and no errors were present.

I submitted a feed, but the data is not on the site.
Data is loaded every night, so your information will not be available until the following day.

How can I upload images for my wines?
You can either specify the location of the image by entering a url on your data feed or you can manually upload an image by clicking on the green corkscrew button that appears next to all of your wines.

What columns of the data template are required for data feeds of wines for sale?
SKU, Price, Product URL, Wine Name

How can I add a review to a wine?
The data templates have places to type the text of a review. Please be sure to include the source of the review in this text. You can also add the review directly to the wine's detail page.

I don't live in the US, does Snooth have a site for my country?
Snooth is designed as a global site and has data for wines and stores from al over the world. We support local search in dozens of countries and support all major currencies. You can specify the countries in which you sell wine when setting up you business. This can later be changed by going to the Edit Partner Info screen of the Partnership Hub.

There are multiple copies of the same wine, how can I delete one?
When logged in, just click the green corkscrew button and use the "This wine is a duplicate" tool to merge the listings.

I found a wine on Snooth that is no longer available, how can I delete it?
Wines on Snooth are never deleted. This enables people to write reviews of the wine if they taste it after it has sold out.

Can I put my logo somewhere?
Yes, your logo belongs on your Group Page. You can easily find your group page by searching for your wines or by using the link on your Partnership Hub

How can I know how many sales Snooth has made for my business?
