Added Apr 2 at 4:42pmA nose of various Flowers and some lemon zest. On the palate an immediate freshness dotted with hints of lemon and grapefruit in perfect harmony. The finish doesn't linger. However, this wine has backbone and stands its ground with moderately spicy food. This is a well crafted wine.

Added Feb 22 at 2:52pmThis wine was undrinkable. Will schedule it for cooking purposes only. The cork was in perfect shape and the wine color was a vibrant dark red. I guess we all have to get a bad one every now and then.

Added Feb 2 at 12:52pmRaspberry and cherry on the nose with a color of ruby red. On the palate I picked up cherry, some berry and dark plum. Comming through those flavors was some pepper, a spicy note along with cedar. Tannins kicked in and were mild. It ended with a medium finish. I like this wine but it was not as good as the one I had about a year ago. Back then the tannins were more dominate.

Added Dec 13, 2012 at 4:47pmDeep Purple color and an aroma of dark plum and dried cherry. On the palate the wine was mouth filling with flavors of plum and some hints of cherry while spicy black pepper danced around your tongue. Through all this an earthiness prevailed way in the background. Soft tannins were hardly noticiable. A nice medium finsh. Typical great Margaret River wine.

Added Dec 22, 2012 at 7:44amNice color. Aroma was at first closed then opened slowly with some nice fruits along with a hint of tobacco. On the palate typical cotes du rhone but very light on the black pepper aspect. Low acidity and medium tannins kick in. Finish was short and not memorable.
