I got into wine about 50 years ago. Started with French wines and in the mid-seventies got into California wine. And now I am a fan of almost every popular wine region.

Produttori del Barbaresco Aroma of flowers and cherry. On the palate sour cherry and plum along with some earthiness tones. tannins are still there, especially on the back of the palate. An exquisite medium to long finish. Decant this wine for at least 1/2 hour.

This is simply an easy drinking white. Nothing special. Just a go to wine when you want something refreshing.

A wonderful cab. Aroma of dark fruits which carry over to he taste on the palate. Tannins are somewhat soft. A moderate finish. The freshness of this 2006 is very pleasing.

One of the most amazing Cabernets I have had. Perfection in every aspect. Deep brooding purple. aroma of cassis, dark cherry, dark plum, and hints of chocolate. On the palate the afore mentioned fruits are in the background and a sprinkling of chocolate with gentle tannins making a presence. The finish lingered on and on. This is a spectacular Cab. A definite 97 plus.

Although grown in California, this Albarino is almost as good as the Spanish ones that I have had. Some lemon notes. not too dry. A medium finish. Went perfectly with tuna.
