Added Nov 4 at 12:20amNothing special here for a French rose. Subtle hints of unripe strawberry, a touch of lime and a little bright red cherry. There's some decent acidity but a fairly short finish on a light weight frame.

Added Nov 3 at 11:03pmStunning Michigan ice wine. Slightly sweet, ripe apricot, tangerine, apple pie and baked pear. This is very well balanced with really nice acidity and a long, tongue coating finish.

Added Nov 3 at 10:26pmNice diversion from the normal whites but not anything spectacular. Sort of like a Napa sauvignon blanc with a touch more stone fruit and less citrus. Decent amount of acidity and a slight to medium finish.

Added Nov 3 at 10:17pmSimple but nice Russian River chardonnay. Not overly complex with some creamy lemon pith, medium weight and medium acidity.

Added Nov 1 at 9:57amVery nice Carneros Pinot. More on the red cherry vs black cherry side, medium acidity, nice body and balance. This is a touch lighter than the Russisan River Pinot we had earlier but it doesn't have quite the bite of acidity either.

Added Oct 31 at 5:41pmJust a fantastic Russian River pinot! Both dark and bright red cherry, green plum, along with some other subtle citrus and a touch of cranberry on the back end. Excellent mouth watering acidity, great balance between the fruit, acid and alcohol, and a fairly long finish.

Added Oct 30 at 6:57pmDecent but simple California chardonnay. Light lemon peel, little to no oak, medium acidity but not very complex. This is better when it warms up a bit, but then a bit of metallic aftertaste comes out. Not bad but not great.

Added Oct 28 at 7:42pmVery similar to the 2011 but perhaps a bit more honey and a touch of caramel balanced with nice acidity. Here's my review of the 2011 bottle: Fantastic sauvignon blanc from northern Russian River. More Sancerre than New Zealand or Australian. Not so much grapefruit but more lemon peel, green apple, subtle honey and great balance.
