    thomwidell's Review:

    Hay barn, spice cherry nose. cherry vanilla, green pepper and a little briar fruit with acidity on the palate more central than the edges. long tartness. when I added a portabella grilled with a little mild salsa and baby Swiss and cheddar the darker fruit came out of hiding.
