Dark purple wine with few legs, but the ones that it has are long, lean, and fast. A good deep wine with an earthy, chocolaty nose. Lots of dark fruits, and spice on the tongue with a long, dark cocoa finish. Very well balanced.

Very nice. Dry fruit on the nose. A bit sharp and metallic on the tongue with some earthy notes and a cranberry juice quality. A short, dry finish. Not the greatest, but it could work in the right situation.

This was literally bottom of the barrel. There were large chunks of wood and lots of sediment in the bottle that totally ruined the experience. I'll pick up another bottle and try again.

Clear, light-colored wine. It starts off a little spicy and hot but opens up with a little air into a classic CDP grenache character. Jammy, fruity, with maybe a hint of licorice. Soft grape on the nose. Would go well with a game fish like tuna.
