This wine really needs the opportunity to breathe. Open it pour a glass and wait an hour. I'm serious. Tastes like a sparkling white zin. Yuck. There's nothing I hate more than white Zin.

Delicious! Smells of tar and blueberry giving this wine a sweet and soury hint. Initial taste is somewhat sour as well almost like the first bite of a plum. A soft finish of floral variety close to rose petals. Also hint's of strawberry's still in the wet ground of the field.

Paul Dolan Zinfandel 2005
A very refreshing wine. Not typical of a Zin. I noticed that the smell was that of a classic zinfandel, being peppery and fruity. I thought the taste was more fruity and reminded me of classic merlot flavors. Not peppery enough for my taste but altogether a decent wine. A good red to drink with oily fish, and red meat. Great for summer bar-b-q's.

Hints of blueberry, black currant, cardamom and spices make the smell and taste of this deep purple wine a good pairing with lamb, red meat and hard cheeses. Delightful!

Love it! The initial smell is of dark chocolate, dirt, oak, boysenberry, with a leathery touch that reminds me of opening an old leather bound book. The taste is oaky and that of wet earth with a hint of dark chocolate covered cherry's. Delicious!

The taste is a soft and round touch of leather and earth. The flavor is leathery and earthy as well with a meaty palette that ends dry with a hint of black currant. I enjoyed it immensely.

One of my personal favorites. The nose is beautiful with hints of a citrus and floral variety. The flavor boasts a tropical fruit variety that pairs well with almost any dish. It is particularly great with fish, red meat, and the most robust smelliest of cheeses.
