Robin K. is one of those fifteen dollar bottles of wine you don't feel bad about spending sixteen dollars on. So many times I have spent fifteen dollars on a bottle I am sure I could have equaled or even beaten for ten. I'm not saying this bottle drinks like a twenty five dollar bottle but it is in fact worth every penny. The alcohol is tamed in this wine just barely, taken over quickly by some dark fruit with hints of ripe strawberry. It kind of makes me think a Cab had a crash with a Pinot and the Cab came out on top. Good lite and fruity cab.

This brunello is not half bad for the price. A little over priced in my opinion. The fruit is good, the tannins are a bit stringent, leaving a little spice in this wine. Finishes rather fleshy.

This wine is a great everyday wine if you like cabs. It is well rounded with great cab floavors and a nice finish. The alcohol isn't overwhelming like so many 15 dollar cabs and the fruit is soft and crisp.

This wine epitomizes cab drinking from the west coast for me. Columbia Valley really gets my attention when a wine is well cultivated and blended with a little Franc or Petite Syrah on the finish. It always gives me that oaky, cellery seed flavor at first which I love and a nice splash of dark fruit up front. Then a nice round buttery middle and a trailing some what short finish. I love Bordeaux style wines for their complexities and depth and I love west coast Wash.,Ore. wines for their up front fruit and oak

This wine is good drinking if you like cabs with that west coast cab taste. The carmenere really adds a buttery, full bodied density to this wine. This is a full, dark lucious wine. Don't look for much depth or complexity, just a nice mouthful of red wine.
