Big nose with lots of copper and iron. Fruity, spicy, and complex with a long elegant finish. Really great subtle aged flavor that reminds me of a grand old chateauneuf du pape with its gaminess. Hot damn I'm giving this a 5 - I can't think of any way to improve this.

Extremely spicy nose with a rich dark purple color. It's a delicate spice bomb with a great long finish. Enough spice to get my attention and enough complexity to keep me interested. Really dig this wine.

Meaty fruity nose. A little bit of an acidic zing up front but is muted on the mid-palate. Doesn't blossom into as much heat on the finish as I would have liked but overall very fruity and well-balanced with some nice dry spices. Very approachable and a good value.

Dark color but with a light flavor. Very thick velvety tannins with a lot of dryness. Overall very well balanced.

Gamey and wooley on the nose with a sublimely delicate warm aged black cherry mouthfeel. A nice dry lingering finish. This wine kicks ass.

Sweet and syrupy. Could be a good desert wine, but it's got a unique flavor that might not be for everyone. Haven't had anything quite like it before.

Very dry with bitter tannins. The inkiness isn't as much of a finish as it is an unpleasant aftertaste. Not much I like about this at all.

Never had a wine like this before. Very sweet and acidic and has strong flavors of lychee and melon with a prickly acidic finish. More complexity than I was expecting but a little sweet on the finish.
