    shoshkosherwine's Review:

Yum. Yum. Why does he champagne style I prefer. Full-bodied, yeasty and toasty and screaming of baked lemon goods. I much prefer this to the lighter, more floral Champagnes out there.

    shoshkosherwine's Review:

It is expensive, but it is breathtaking. I am not a huge fan of this winery, but this wine really blew me away. Lots of ripe fruit, chocolate notes, and smooth velvety tannins that glide across the tongue. The finish is pure bliss. This wine was a hit at my Seder table!

    shoshkosherwine's Review:

Deep, dark and purple in color. Cassis, chocolate, coffee, and a hint of violets on the nose. Full-bodied, with vanilla, toffee, and chocolate flavors dominating the flavor profile. Finish is elegant and delightful.

Touch of pepper and cloves, lightly floral with medium potency. Light bodied and delicate on the palate with subtle flavorings. Lingering finish. I expected a little more from this bottle. It did not pack the punch of many other Alsatian Gewurzs.

    shoshkosherwine's Review:

In the words of the eminent cultural icon Borat, I have to say "wa wa we wa"! Slam dunk for this delicious Cabernet from an up and coming new Cali winery. Lots of soft plummy fruit on the nose, jammy berries and spice on the palate, and a finish that is pure tannin ( a touch heavy on the oak). Clearly still young, the wine's solid structure indicates that it will only develop and improve over the next few years. I didn't even known I could still find good Cabernet Sauvignon from Cali for under $20.

    shoshkosherwine's Review:

This deeply colored wine has a beautifully perfumed nose, redolent with honeysuckle and floral elements. On the palate it is silky and sweet with a lingering apricot finish. Well-balanced and wonderfully structured, this is a real steal for the money!

Fantastic wine with a splendid bouquet of fruit and vegetal matter. Lots of pepper in the mouth and a smattering of blueberries at the finish. Interesting and fun to drink - a real winner!

    shoshkosherwine's Review:

This is a fantastic example of an Alsatian style Gewurztraminer with an intense nose of ginger and spice, and lingering cloves and incense on the finish. Well-balanced with a round, rich mouthfeel, this wine is a true delight.

    shoshkosherwine's Review:

Medium bright, lemony color with mid-sized bubbles. Very creamy green apple and pear on the nose, moderated by enough yeast to bake bread for all of China. Soft and creamy sparkler with good structure and balance. Drink now.

  • shoshkosherwine's Review:

Medium-bodied and gentle on the nose and palate. Crisp acidity makes it a refreshing summer beverage and a wonderful match to seafood dishes.
