    ryanopaz's Review:

Serious wine with a thick dark, closed nose. Wood and deep dark red fruits sit waiting to develop, while in the mouth the wine is full, with nice cherry notes, a great acidity and medium tannins. I really think this wine will be much nicer in a year or two. Worth checking out for sure!

Rich fat nose with lots of red fruit, red meat, cinnamon and touches of wood. Really a fun nose, full of layers. In the mouth the wine has a lightness that is refreshing, with good pure fruit, some touches of earth, and a bright but integrated acidity. Light, but full of body, bright but nice and calm, this is a great everyday wine value.

    ryanopaz's Review:

Incredible wine with amazing balance. Pure peach and floral nose with a palate that is both sweet like a fully ripe fruit, and balanced by a soft and elegant acidity. Great wine

    ryanopaz's Review:

Dark red with a rim that touches on brown. The nose is full of dried fruits and wood reminding me of a blend of an LBV port and Oloroso sherry. In the mouth the fruit is nice with a richness that fades quickly. Somewhat thin overall in relation to the fruit on the nose. Mild tannins that support the wine a bit, and not unpleasant at all, just uninsprired. Dried cherries, wood, and a somewhat short finish.

Brilliant yellow color with a nose that is pure and beautiful. Honey, flowers, peaches, and more. Really want to just keep my nose in the glass. In the mouth this wine is unctuous with a honey texture and peach nectar flavors. Nicely complex with touches of minerals and a finish that lingers for at least 30secs. Really a great wine, and wine value. Wow.

Nose is full of peach, white flowers, light cream and touches of almond. In the mouth the wine is light with a nice acidity and pear/peach flavors. Very one dimentional. Pleasant enough though with a short finish and no persistance. Touch of bitter alcohol on the finish leaves me unimpressed.

    ryanopaz's Review:

Incredible nose on this wine, fresh, floral with a austere citrus middle. Light touches of wood, that holds the wine together. In the mouth the acidity is amazing, bright fresh, alive, with a sharp lingering finish. Wow! Lime zest, mixes with minerals, and round fruit flavors. Very "grown up" and not obvious. Seek this out.

    ryanopaz's Review:

Gorgeous nose of blackberries, blueberries, violets and more. Fresh and lively with a beautiful aroma that draws me back for more. In the mouth this is a lush and fresh wine, full of great fruit, and fine firm tannins. Really liking this. It's a big step up from past vintages for me, as this appears more mature and refined.

    ryanopaz's Review:

Nice dark maroonish red color to this wine, with a core that is quite dark. Bit funky on the nose with a rich anise, and dark cherry paste like quality. Roast meats almost with dark nature to the nose, give it an hour to open. In the mouth this wine nice and rich, very rich with fine fine tannins that coat every inch. Very intense flavor, with a definite woodiness that distracts from what I assume is some pretty great fruit. Too much barrel at this point, I hope that with some time in bottle/decanter we see the fruit emerge more.

Faint gold color to this wine, with a nose that seems closed, and hidden. Some apricot, or peach flavors though very muted with touches of cream. In the mouth this has a very fresh acidity, bright and alive with an austere fruit. This is my first Tardana, and I have to say I'm not sure what to make of it. Full in the mouth it shows a lot of body but not obvious flavor. Lemony at times with a wet steel like coldness. Slate, and sour passion fruit make for a wine that needs further exploration, but something I will come back to.
