    Harvested very ripe (Oct-Nov 2006) and shows hints of ripe tree fruit and even tropical fruit, but the most salient style is that luxurious, unctuous buttery style with spice, toffee and creamy oaky nuts, quite viscous and delicious

    Lots of smooth crushed raspberry, soft inviting texture. High alcohol but no heat at all. Too easy to drink and very food friendly. Dangerously gulpable. Pairings range from grilled meat, to red sauces, to duck with red curry to salmon and tuna sashimi. Very versatile, great value
