Looking for something delicious and new? This wine was what Bordeaux was originally primarily made from, now its found almost exclusively in Chili. This is the best example in the world of this incredible variety, which combines the best of Cabernet and Merlot. Bright, deep red in color; exhibits hints of chocolate, pepper and strong spices. Could easily be mistaken for Napa Chardonnay, with its ripe pear, fig and hazelnut flavor profile and long, creamy finish. Very good, and a good value, too. Ready to drink now.

Given the opportunity to rest in a glass for some time, the wine releases a variety of clear, noble and distinct smells - peppers, elder blossom, tomato leaves with a touch of butter, smoke and vanilla.The story of Batic Sauvignon's exquisite harmony of taste continues on the palate. Intense and deep amber, with lovely shades of gold. Viscosity and a quiet jet form the first impression upon pouring the wine into the glass and also distinguish Valentino as a most special wine.A clear and pure aroma. fter a wet winter, spring was cool to mild followed by a warm, drysummer. The 2005 Harvest saw plenty of sunshine and very littlerain. These conditions produced intense flavors, aromatics, andcolors.
