Added Jul 3, 2010 at 11:56amSourced from a single vineyard in Santa Ynez Valley, this is a great example of small production California Cabernet. Aged 20 months in a mix of new and used French oak, deep rich color and flavor, balanced alcohol at 14.5%, a great value.

Added Jul 3, 2010 at 11:50amSourced from three distinct vineyards in Santa Barbara County: Presidio, a bio-dynamically farmed site so far west it is outside of the Santa Rita Hills appellation, White Hawk Vineyard another cool, sandy soil site in Los Alamos and Starlane a much warmer inland vineyard in Happy Canyon. Aged for 15 months in 1-year old French oak, deep dakr color, sweet fruit and balanced acidity and alcohol (14.5%). A great value at $18-$20!
