    Nice blend, good value. Aromas of wild strawberry, dark cherry, and raspberry. A bit too light of a body, but with crisp acidity and pleasing tannins.

    A strong, pleasant nose, with scents of bell pepper, spice, and dark fruits. Medium-bodied, with stiff tannins that would make a wonderful accompany to grilled meats. At $17 for two bottles (buy one at $16, get second bottle for $1), a great value for a lesser Medoc.

    I am newer to Chiantis, but tried the Ruffino on a recommendation. Hints of dark fruits, with a woody finish. Flavors are muddled and indistinct. Not a lot of body to this wine, with an unpleasantly tart and acid lingering.
