Peachy and strong on the nose, like a jolly rancher, and that's not to my taste, especially so because it's so strong (and I have a terrible sense of smell). However it has a lime taste and definitely has a finish with more complexity than at the start.

[Edited, thought this was the blend; I've had the straight Zin now too]. A tart Zinfandel which is to my liking, but not as exciting as the blend with Grenache, Mourvedre, and Syrah. Good buy though.

Grenache, Zin, Mourvedre, Syrah - Bright, tart, lots of flavor, sparkles in the mouth. Too good.

I picked this up after reading the wine list in a good quality local restaurant when by myself with nothing to read, and because I like the sound of this blend, like a Cotes du Rhone. 59% Grenache, 23% Mourvedre, 15% Syrah, and 3% Cinsaut. It seemed sugary at first with curry, but it paired better with the mild stir-fry the next night.
